By contributing to NCPA PAC, the contributor confirms the following statements: The contribution was made with a personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.  The contributor is a U.S. citizen, or are lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the U.S. (i.e. holder of a green card).  They are not a federal contractor.  The funds they are contributing are not being provided by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution, and they will not be reimbursed or compensated by another person or entity for making this contribution.  

Contributions to NCPA PAC are not deductible for federal tax purposes.  Federal law requires NCPA PAC to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.  NCPA PAC cannot accept funds from a corporate entity.  Contributions to NCPA PAC will be used in connection with federal elections and are subject to the prohibitions and limits of the Federal Election Campaign Act.

The suggested amounts are only a suggestion; NCPA will not favor or disadvantage you for contributing more or less than the suggested amount or deciding not to give.
